The ORIGINAL Swinger's Ball, A Valentine's Dance
The original partners of the Swinger's Ball have lost a partner. He left our organization in the middle of the planning stages and is now hosting what sounds like a terrific event of his own, although a complete departure from the spirit of the actual event: complete with Break Dancing, Hip Hop, Latin and Lindy. We applaud his efforts (while not his methods).
We just wanted you to know that we are the only partners who have hosted the Original Swinger's Ball, every year since its inception, and we intend to continue to do so. We hope you will join us as we continue our efforts this spring, bring the event back to Chicago and contribute a portion of our proceeds to WindyHop and other non-profit charities.

We are currently planning another fabulous, semi-formal, black-tie-optional, period comstumed, sexy, groovy, elegant, smooth and delightful swing dance event in the Spring of 2004. Have a blast at the Willowbrook on Sat Feb 7, 2004, for the "in yo face!" variety dance show, and prepare yourself for the return of the Original Chicago Swinger's Ball.
